When orders are finalized, the Artifact will ship in 3-5 days. Patrons will be notified when orders are confirmed and shipped.
Returns & Integrity:
The Insurance Protocol: All Living Artifacts are handled with the utmost care. Given the irreplaceable nature of these pieces, each shipment is fully insured by the Studio. If an artifact arrives damaged, please document the packaging and the piece immediately and let us know within 48 hours. We will handle the claim and discuss restoration.
Final Stewardship: Due to the unique nature of these works, all sales of original Living Artifacts are final. We encourage you to review all images and descriptions carefully before accepting stewardship.
The International Section
International Logistics:
Mercantile Artifacts: Smaller items (Limited Edition Prints, Studies, Stationery) will ship via standard international carriers based on calculated rates at checkout.
Flagship Living Artifacts (A Curated Journey): For large-scale works (such as the Governance or Triumph series), we do not offer automated shipping. Instead, we create a bespoke delivery plan. International Luminaries must contact the studio before purchase to discuss shipping rates and customs protocols.
